Monday has got to be one of the most hated days of the week!
I said one of the, because I hate Sunday more!
I mean, it’s the most disappointing weekend day where you can’t really relax because you know Monday’s tomorrow, but you still have no work to worry about. So I just sit there, in my room, wasting my time by binge watching Netflix.
However, Monday has got to be the hardest day of them all! Mentally that is.
Which is why I love watching motivational and inspirational quotes and pictures that really help me fight through my Monday depression.
The problem is that with so many motivational fitness pictures and quotes it’s really hard to find any good ones that are actually going to have a positive impact on your week.
This is why I decided to start a wee series called “Motivation Monday” where I will be uploading the top 10 or so motivational gym quotes.
