3 Tricks to lose more fat !

Everybody wants to get rid off their body fat. The problem is that many people have no idea how, I have already posted an article here about “How to lose fat“, but here I wanted to share some tricks and techniques that you can use to boost your fat loss. Keep in mind that this has helped my students, my friends, and even my family to lose more fat. And you will start noticing results after the first week.

1. Eat cinnamon. Cinnamon is an amazing herb that will boost your weight loss. A research study published in Diabetes Care found that cinnamon could be used to reduce the glycemic index of your meal by 18-29% while also reducing triglycerides and LDL (bad) cholesterol.  They also found that those who added cinnamon to their diets could reduce the risk associated with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
The reason we want our meals to have a lower glycemic index is because foods that are higher on the glycemic index scale tend to raise your blood sugar levels.  And rapidly raising blood sugar levels will set off a chain of reactions putting your body into “fat storing mode.” Keeping your blood sugar low makes cinnamon the recipe for rapid fat loss.

2. Drink more water. Our bodies need water to stay alive, but there is another reason we should drink good amounts of water daily. Water is nature’s greatest detoxifier. When you consume food there are toxins left behind in your body. Those toxins can sometimes go as fat in some areas of your body, water will help you get rid of them and remove that extra fat.
Water also increases your metabolism with 20%. When increased, your body starts to burn more and more fat.

3. No sugar before bed. Be sure that you don’t consume a lot of carbohydrates before bed and NO sugar. It does not matter if it’s from vegetables or fruits, NO SUGAR ! At night time your body’s metabolism is at it’s lowest, if you consume any sort of sugar, you are going to gain fat. Make sure you consume about twelve grams of carbohydrates before bed. Don’t zero out everything, because your kidnies are going to release a lot of toxins, that is bad for your health.
