Guess who’s back, John is back. It’s been some times since I’ve posted something interesting here on the blog. Recently I read an article about how sitting down is actually bad for you and how can it kill. Honestly I did not believe a word from it so I decided to do some investigating.

And here is what I learned from all of it.

Whether hunting or trying to survive most of our lives as humans were lived on our feet. But with the creation of TV, the computer, desk jobs, everything completely changed.
