Sometimes we crave to eat something that is salty or sweet and bad for our health. The bad news are that if give in to those cravings and you start eating junk food, you are going to fail your diet. The good news, you can eat healthy junk food, which has the same taste as the bad junk food, but instead of bad for your health, it’s the quite opposite, it’s healthy for you.

This is not only going to help you lose more fat and get rid of the annoying cravings that stop you from achieving your wanted body, this will help you to lead a much healthier life.

I don’t expect you to go to Mcdonalds and ask for a healthy menu. You are going to make your healthy junk food at your home, which is the best part. I enjoy cooking.

Getting a six-pack is not hard. The reason so many people have been failing at it, is because they are following the advice of the online bodybuilding gurus, that claim they have the secret formula for the best looking abs ever. The only thing those gurus are doing is filling the internet with lies and myths.

Myths like:
“Ab exercises will get you visible abs”
“Eat one apple and one orange a day”
“Do mindless cardio”

It’s sad. It’s even more sad that there are thousands of people worldwide that believe that.
Remember this from me, the only way you are going to get visible abs is if you lose body fat. When you lower down your body fat percentage to 7-8 that is when you are going to start seeing your shaped abs.

For the past couple of years, I have been watching how the products of the online gurus have been spreading like wild-fire. They claim they have the secret to fat loss. So one day I decided to take a look at one of their products. I was shocked. All of the information was falls. Of course there were some little specs of truth, but the rest was lies.

Can you imagine, they are making money with lies. One book costs 30$-40$. And thousands of people are buying them each year. Scammers, I hate them.

You can things like:
“Today I ate 1 salad, one fruit, and I am going to eat one slice of whole grained bread before bed”
“Right now I am losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time, it’s really awesome”
“What!? Fats, what are you crazy? I am not going to eat fats!”
“I am going to do some arm workouts to lose some arm fat.”
“Low intensity cardio ROCKS!”

All of these quotes are lies. Or should I call them myths. You can’t eat so little and expect to lose fat, you can’t lose fat and build muscle at the same time, not all fats make you fat, there is not such thing as spot removal, and low intensity cardio SUCKS!
