How much calories do you burn by drinking cold water ? Not a lot, but enough to boost your weight loss.
It has been estiminated that you burn about 8 calories so it can heat up 250 ml  of cold water. It might not sound like a lot, but think of this way.
You drink about 3-4 litters of water per day (or at least that is how much you MUST be drinking to keep your metabolism pumping). If you burn 8 calories per 250 ml of cold water that means that you burn about 48-62 calories per day, ONLY by drinking cold water.

High intensity interval training, also known as HIIT, is the best way to burn of a ton of fat.

The secret behind this method is that the HIIT cardio really increases your metabolism for a long run. How long ? For hours.
It depends on how long you are doing one High intensity interval training. But in most cases it will increase your metabolic rate for about 6-8 hours. (that means that you are going to be burning fat for 8 hours without doing anything)

Usually one HIIT cardio workout lasts about 10 minutes, again depending on the intensity. ( if you are having heart problems, bone problems, or any other kind of problem that is going to be an issue when it comes to high intensity training do not do this !)

Weight training
It does not matter if you are a woman or man, weights are important!
Doing over all body workouts is really going to boost your fat loss. The good thing behind training with weights is when you are sore then next 3-4 days.
Your body is going to start giving your muscles and bones more calories so they can heal up and be used again.
This means that none of the calories that you going to uptake are going to go as belly fat.
